    Return and Refund Policy

    *only applies to www.spcustomguitars.com online store purchases!

    The Customer has a period of 3 days (after receiving the item/s) to try out the item/s and notify S.P. CUSTOM GUITARS by emailing us through our Contact Form in case of a return or exchange. When the item/s returned to S.P. CUSTOM GUITARS ‘s workshop, we will inspect it/them and a full refund or exchange will be issued after verifying the below conditions:

    • The item/s must be in perfect condition (without scratches, cosmetics, Velcro etc.)
    • The item/s must be returned with its original box

    If the customer inform S.P. CUSTOM GUITARS later than 3 days but before a 2 weeks period, the item/s can be still returned but a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

    • After a 2 weeks period there will be no refunds or exchanges.
    • Shipping cost will be charged on the customer
